Learning & Courses
Log in and go to your Dashboard. Your enrolled courses appear under "My Courses" with a "Continue Learning" button that takes you directly to where you left off.
To protect instructor intellectual property, lessons cannot be downloaded. However, our platform is optimised for low-bandwidth connections so you can stream on mobile data.
When you complete all lessons in a course and pass any required assessments, a certificate is automatically generated. You can download, share, or verify it via a unique QR code.
The AI Tutor is a built-in learning assistant powered by Claude AI. Ask it to explain concepts, quiz you on topics, help solve problems, or create personalised study plans β available 24/7.
Technical Issues
Try refreshing the page first. If the issue persists: (1) Check your internet connection, (2) Try a different browser, (3) Clear your browser cache. If it still fails, contact support with the course name and lesson title.
